We are seeking self motivated , efficient and dynamic personnel with proven talent in handling administrative tasks with the ability to inspire a team for the position of a Retail Administration Supervisor for Sigatoka Region.

ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Retail Store Manager in ensuring that administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner;
• Responsible for daily sales summaries, cashier balancing, petty cash claims, banking and finance queries;
• Ensuring banking handover, timesheets, daily sales sheets, lay by requirements are submitted to the Finance Department and Retail Store;
• Coordinating the store warehousing from receiving, dispatching and maintaining the store bulk;
• Ensure Audit, Marketing and IT requirements are fulfilled on a weekly basis;
• Attending to Customer enquiries;
• Ensure Price changes are done on a timely manner;
• Responsible for all Cashiers checks and balances; and
• Ensure Stock Transfer In and Out are completed in a timely manner.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma / Certificate in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent
• Extensive computer knowledge and well versed in MS Word and Excel & Google sheets.
• Good planning and organizing skills
• A self starter, confident and willing to take up challenges
• Must be a team player and be able to work effectively across functions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and
• Prior work experience, knowledge and skills in the field would be an advantage
• Have a valid driving license
