The Jack’s of Fiji Rewards Club program is offered exclusively by Jack’s Retail Limited hereafter referred to as Jack’s of Fiji. The main purpose of the program is to reward our loyal customers with added benefits, incentives and privileges in recognition of their valuable support and loyalty to Jack’s of Fiji stores.
How It Works
Step 1: Join for Free
Sign up at any of our stores. Provide a valid photo ID, your name, email, and phone number to create your account and get started.
Step 2: Earn Points
For every dollar you spend in-store, give your phone contact and show your unique loyalty code at the checkout. We’ll automatically add points to your account.
Step 3: Redeem Rewards
When you reach 600 points, you can redeem them for a $25 Jack’s of Fiji Gift Card in-store. Just let our cashier know you want to redeem your points, and they will help you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Jack’s Rewards Club, a loyalty program operated by Jack’s Retail Limited. These Terms and Conditions form the basis of the program. Participation will be governed by these provisions.
2. Membership & Eligibility
Membership is free, cardless, and open to residents of Fiji aged 18 years or older. A valid photo ID and phone number are required for registration. Each member is entitled to one account only, linked to their name and phone number. Membership is non-transferable.
3. Earning Points
To earn points, members must identify themselves at the point of sale by providing their registered name or phone number. Members earn one (1) point for every four Fijian dollars (FJD 4.00) spent on qualifying purchases at any participating Jack’s of Fiji store.
4. Redeeming Rewards
For every 600 points accumulated, members are eligible to receive a $25 Jack’s of Fiji Gift Card. This card can be redeemed at participating stores. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. The redemption process must be completed in-store by verifying membership.
5. Point Expiration & Account Inactivity
Points will expire twelve (12) months from the date of the last transaction. If an account has no transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months, the account may be closed, and any accumulated points will be forfeited.
6. Program Modifications & Termination
Jack’s of Fiji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Jack’s Rewards Club program at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to the point earning rate, redemption values, and participating stores. Any changes will be updated on our website.
7. Data Privacy
By joining the program, you consent to Jack’s of Fiji collecting and using your personal information for program administration, marketing, and communication purposes. We respect your privacy and will manage your data under our Privacy Policy.
8. General
