Restaurant Supervisors
We are looking for experienced individuals to supervise and manage a large-scale Food & Beverage operation. It is beneficial to have knowledge in managing restaurant staff including experience in handling customer complaints in the absence of senior management.
Wait Staff & Cashiers
We are looking for well-presented individuals to join our restaurant team. Successful applicant will speak fluent English, be passionate and determined to provide exceptional customer service, and willing to deal with challenges. Two (2) to three (3) years experience as a waitress or cashier would be beneficial.
Bartender
We are looking for energetic and dedicated Bartenders to prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages for customers. Two (2) to three (3) years experience in bartending would be beneficial.
Pastry Chefs/Cooks
Experienced Chefs required with minimum two (2) years experience as a Sous Chef or five (5) years experience as a Chef de Partie. Must have in-depth knowledge in handling fresh seafood and preparing excellent seafood dishes, as well as proven ability to lead and train staff.
Chef de Partie
We are looking for individuals with extensive experience in a busy kitchen. Applications from Commis Chef 1 and Demi Chef with hotel experience will also be considered.
Commis Chefs
We are looking for dedicated energetic individuals who have some work experience as commis cook in busy up market restaurants and have a mind set to learn new things about the craft and wish to commit themselves to a successful career path.
Trainee Cooks and F&B Attendants
We are looking for young energetic individuals who wish to commit themselves to a successful career in restaurant industry with minimum qualification of Form six (6) education. Previous work experience is not a requirement as full training will be provided.
