- Minimum requirement: secondary education with working experience
- General Food & Beverage product knowledge
- Responsible for Stores Ordering based on re-order levels set
- Receiving of products from Suppliers
- Dispatching products to Kitchen & Bar on FIFO method
- Maintaining proper Inventory Control with stock cards
- Administrative tasks
- Good calculation skills
- Maintaining hygiene, health and safety standards
Remuneration will be based on qualifications and work experience.
