Job Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement: secondary education with working experience
  • General Food & Beverage product knowledge


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Stores Ordering based on re-order levels set
  • Receiving of products from Suppliers
  • Dispatching products to Kitchen & Bar on FIFO method
  • Maintaining proper Inventory Control with stock cards
  • Administrative tasks
  • Good calculation skills
  • Maintaining hygiene, health and safety standards

Remuneration will be based on qualifications and work experience.
