We are seeking self-motivated and energetic individuals looking for a long-term career growth opportunity to join our IT Team in the following positions.

(1) Network Support Officer – Head Office (Nadi)

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical and network support to all staff;
  • Support IT Helpdesk;
  • Deployment, configuration of desktops and laptops for staff where required;
  • Installation and maintenance of CCTV;
  • Structured cabling and termination;
  • Installation and maintenance of Audio video systems; and
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team and perform other duties as requested by senior members of the team.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience: 

  • Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology/ Networks / Computer Science or equivalent;
  • Two (2) years’ experience in a similar role;
  • A passion for IT and a strong desire to learn;
  • Group-2 Drivers license is essential;
  • Capable of proactively identifying IT issues and challenges and propose possible solutions;
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff;
  • Ability to develop professional working relationships, maintaining privacy and confidentiality at all times;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • An enthusiastic and positive approach to work;
    Be highly confident and organized; and
  • Attention to detail is a must with the ability to work resiliently under pressure to achieve high level accuracy in task deliverables in a timely manner; and
  • Willing to travel to other locations and be able to work flexible hours based on operational requirements.

(2) IT Attaché – Head Office (Nadi)

Key Roles & Responsibilities: –

  • Provide technical and network support to all staff;
  • structured cabling and termination;
  • Audio video systems installation and maintenance;
  • CCTV installation and maintenance;
  • Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing hardware & software components of the organization’s computers
  • Support IT helpdesk and attend to faults as per priority; and
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team and perform other duties as requested by senior members of the team.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience: –

  • Diploma in Information Technology / Networks / Computer Science or IT related discipline;
  • A passion for IT and a strong desire to learn;
  • Group-2 Drivers license would be an added advantage;
  • Willing to travel to other locations and be able to work flexible hours based on operational requirements.

(3) Application Support Officer – Head Office (Nadi)

Key Roles & Responsibilities: –

Your role will be pivotal in maximizing system efficiency whilst minimizing operational disruptions.

  • Provide day-to-day functional and technical support of application systems;
  • Problem solving of applications issues in accordance with operational priorities and deadlines and in line with operational procedures and processes;
  • Providing specialist first level technical application support to Senior Management within the organization, and identifying and resolving technical application issues and escalating where required;
  • Assist in ensuring completeness of root cause analysis for problems, major/critical or recurring incidents;
  • Control and maintain an application issues log register for application-related issues;
  • Maintain an accurate record of system performance, faults and malfunctions to facilitate efficient program reviews;
  • Testing of core applications after upgrades, enhancements to core applications;
  • Assist the Team Leader – Applications with enhancement priorities and strategies for automation procedures and processes;
  • Undertake user testing along with software release scheduling for acceptance and production environments;
  • Support the Team Leader – Applications in troubleshooting operational bottlenecks particularly for Retail processes and implement real-time solutions; and
  • Provide pro-active operational and technical support to Senior Management to exploit system capabilities and minimize the impacts of system limitations.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience: –

  • Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Information Systems / Computer Science or a related discipline;
  • Two (2) years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Good working knowledge of and/or exposure to various applications would be highly advantageous;
  • Demonstrated understanding of ERP systems especially in a Retail environment;
  • Proven ability to learn and understand new systems;
  • SQL Server experience;
  • Strong problem analysis and solving skills;
  • Excellent customer relations, proactive attitude;
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • High level of technical knowledge and accountability;
  • Ability to work well autonomously as well as within a team;
  • The ability to diagnose problems, troubleshoot and provide resolution;
  • The ability to manage workload with initiative;
  • Group-2 Drivers license is essential;
  • Knowledge of and/or exposure in agile working environments, would be highly advantageous; and
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team and perform other duties as requested by senior members of the team.

(4) Application Support & Training Officer – Head Office (Nadi)

Key Roles & Responsibilities: –

  • Providing regular and customized technical application trainings to teams within the business;
  • Developing a deep understanding of business processes and how they interface with applications and systems; 
  • Writing process documentation where required and updating support documents and procedures to facilitate applications management and knowledge retention;
  • Deliver trainings in the use of IT systems and services when required; and
  • Stay current with technology trends, solutions and vendors.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience: –

  • Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Information Systems / Computer Science or a related discipline;
  • Two (2) years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Group-2 Drivers license is essential;
  • Experience in training/supporting staff in the use of various software applications;
  • Good working knowledge of and/or exposure to various applications would be highly advantageous;
  • ERP systems knowledge in a Retail environment;
  • Proven ability to learn and understand new systems;
  • Possess specialist knowledge of corporate applications, business processes, devices and software; 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the excellent capability to communicate, train and work with non-technical users – translating technical information to non-technical user groups;
  • Ability to build working relationships both within your immediate team and across the broader business;
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong problem analysis and solving skills with eagerness to learn new skills;
  • A focus on accuracy, effectiveness and timeliness in carrying out all duties;
  • The ability to prioritize and escalate accordingly if required; and

The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic Team environment.
