The role is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with an evolving culture which reports directly to the Group General Manager to lead our organization’s Corporate Finance Team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Provide leadership, direction and management of the Corporate Finance Team for the Jack’s Group of Companies;
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO / Group GM and members of the Executive management team;
  • Manage entire processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting for the Jack’s Group of Companies;
  • Risk management and developing contingency plans to mitigate the impact on business;
  • Establish and develop relations with senior management, external partners and stakeholders;
  • Work closely with company Finance Managers and Executive Team to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and continuous improvement of all systems, processes & services;
  • Liaise with all respective company Finance Managers and Senior Executives to create and maintain good performance culture and a collaborative work environment;
  • Consult with Management and stakeholders to add value to the organisation as a whole;
  • Support company Finance Managers;
  • Lead and assist in Jack’s Group Annual Audit Process;
  • Facilitate Jack’s Group of Companies Consolidated Financial Statements; and
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory, legislative, legal and insurance requirements.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:




  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Management and at least 3 years’ experience in senior finance role;
  • Possess good leadership and problem-solving skills;
  • Possess strong management skills and abilities to lead by example;
  • Have an exceptionally high degree of accuracy, and high attention to detail;
  • Self-starter with self-initiative to meet challenging deadlines;
  • Possess strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment and meet deadlines;
  • Collaborative individual with the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all staff;
  • Must be a motivated team player with the ability to multitask; and
  • Display high levels of integrity, self-discipline, commitment, energy and passion.
