Dilip Khatri joined the business in 1971. His keen business acumen and strong people management abilities have been the driving force behind the Jack’s success story. These qualities made him a worthy recipient of the 2014 Visionary Award at AON Fiji Excellence in Tourism Awards. In 2002, the Government of Fiji recognized his contribution to Fiji by appointing him an Officer of the Order of Fiji and on 1 August 2006, he was appointed a member of the Fiji College of Honours. Dilip is also the Chairman of Vision Group Limited, an investment company and holding company of the Vision Group of Companies, which has grown to include businesses in retail, manufacturing, hotels, hospitality services, properties and the motor industry.

Raju Khatri joined the business in 1983 and is responsible for the group’s administration and financial direction. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in commerce from the University of Auckland. Prior to joining Jack’s of Fiji, Raju worked for accounting firm Price Waterhouse in Sydney, Suva and Lautoka. He is a member of the Fiji Institute of Accountants.

Kirit Khatri is responsible for retail operations, business expansion and the global sourcing of products. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Wollongong. Kirit is the youngest of the three brothers, and joined the company in 1991.

Navin Patel specializes in management consultancy and auditing. He holds a degree in commerce from Victoria University of Wellington. He has been working in the Chartered Accountancy environment since 1973, including 13 years with a “Big 4” firm and has worked in New Zealand, Fiji and the USA. Navin is a Managing Partner of Oswin Griffiths- DFK, a Chartered Accountancy practice in Auckland, New Zealand. He is also the Deputy Chairman of Vision Group Limited.

Dilip’s son, Bhavin joined the business in 2003 as Sales and Marketing Executive. He then moved to the role of General Manager Procurement, which has been the foundation of his experience and knowledge in the retail industry. Bhavin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Sydney. Bhavin was appointed Chief Executive Officer in late 2014. He still oversees responsibility of product management and procurement for all Jack’s retail stores. Bhavin continues to travel with and guide the buying team to source the latest product designs in order to keep the company’s product range on trend and ahead of the competition.
