Let’s take time to celebrate the men in our office who have embraced the role of “dad”

Father’s Day is just around the corner. And while we do our best to spoil our own dads, it’s always great to celebrate them in our workplace and their awesome kids who they help raise.

We know that working hard to provide for our families while raising our kids can be quite a juggling act. We hope this blog can inspire you to never give up whether you are someone like one of our office dads, an expecting father or a father figure in someone’s life.

This Father’s Day we’ve asked two Dads from our office about the joys of being a father. 

Ronald Nair has been our Group Commercial Manager for 5 years and is a proud father of two beautiful girls; Vidhi and Tanvi. 

What do you love about being a father?

To be loved unconditionally for being myself and be able to put a smile on their face knowing I am making a difference in their lives.

What do you most enjoy doing with your kids?

Playing different games and doing small projects around the house together.

What’s the funniest thing your kid(s) has said to you? 

When I grow up I want to marry Papa.
I wish I was grown up, so I can go to work with you.

What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned about being a father?

You are never too old to learn from your kids.

What do you love about being a father?

Being able to see your own kids grow and working to provide the best for them.

What do you most enjoy doing with your kids?

Spending time with them and having a lot of Father and Son moments.

I want to own a boat!
